By means of this withdrawal, I hereby notify the commercial company Mibax Trade, s.r.o., with its registered office in Martin, M.R.Štefánika 1050/74, identification number: 47364874, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court in Žilina, Section Sro , File No. 59754/L for the sale of goods through an online store located at the internet address www.tastivo.eu (hereinafter referred to as.the "operator"), that pursuant to Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation") as the data subject, hereby revoke. my consent to the processing of personal data provided to the controller
