Manual, permanently heated tongs welding machine suitable for all types of our bags with inner weldable film. Welding tongs are heated permanently (like an iron). The weld will only take place by pressing the handle, the width of the weld is 12 mm.
Before welding, it is necessary to set the welding temperature using a thermostat on a scale from 1 to 8. Above the temperature regulator, there are two indicator diodes that signal the connection to the electrical network and the heating of the welding strips. Our tongs we offer welding machines in three variants of length 20 cm, 30 cm and 40 cm.
The jaws of the welding machine are coated with Teflon, so they are easy to clean. The jaws are in the shape of waves that you know from food packaging. This shape makes the weld airtight and watertight and cannot be opened except by cutting it. We recommend for welding bags with coffee or tea. Thanks to the width of the weld of 12 mm, there is no leakage of aroma or wetting.
Thanks to the spacer legs, the welding machine can be placed anywhere without burning the substrate. The welding machine has a rubber handle, it does not slip in the hand during handling. No fusible wire is used in the welding machine and, unlike classic impulse welding machines, it is maintenance-free.
