Among the countless types of English tea blends which are offered today, the traditional classics are still among the most popular. Our creation is based on a traditional recipe and half composed of select Ceylonese highland teas and of equal portions of highly aromatic Assam and Java leaf teas.
Thanks to its fine-spicy taste this blend is a perfect companion for the morning toast with honey or jam, but also ideally suited for the afternoon tea with cake, biscuits or scones with clotted cream.
Recommended instructions for preparation: To prepare 1 liter of tea, use 12-15 g of tea, which we pour water at a temperature of 100 ° C. We infuse for 3-5 minutes.
This tea can be steeped multiple times. We recommend steeping each subsequent infusion for approximately 1-2 minutes longer.
