Based on an original idea by Vincent Ferniot, François Pralus sublimates the Carré de Café® by incorporating its intense taste into the heart of an Infernal and stunning Bar! The black Carré de Café® shell contains a Carré de Café® praline sprinkled with bits of coffee caramel.
Ingredients and allergens:
Coffee praline 50%: HAZELNUT roasted, sugar,ALMONDS roasted, cocoa butter.
Coffee at MILK 21%: Cocoa butter, cocoa powder MILK, sugar, 10% arabica coffee, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, 8% coffee caramel chip.
Black coffee 50%: 100% Arabica coffee, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. Store in a cool, dry place between 16 and 18 °C.
