Chuao takes its name from a village in Venezuela, known for the production of exceptional cocoa. A unique terroir, ancestral know-how, traditional drying have made these Criollo beans the most sought after in the world and the best. This gives a rare chocolate that we are proud to present to you with aromas well balanced between bitterness and acidity, woody and robust.

Made in a workshop using nuts and milk.
