This delicacy, whose recipe dates back to the 17th century, can be eaten like a candy or in delicious recipes typical of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region such as praline tart or our famous Praluline©.
Maison Pralus is recognized for the quality of its finely roasted and sugar-coated pralines, almonds and hazelnuts. These pink treats have twice won the Grand Prix d'Excellence International du Chocolat. These awards were awarded to them in view of the impeccable quality of the almonds and hazelnuts, carefully selected, and the incomparable crunch of the fine coating of pink sugar which makes them absolutely irresistible!
