The jasmine flowers are picked when they begin to bloom and are layered over the tea leaves over night; the tea quickly absorbs the jasmine flavour,leaving the blossoms pretty but useless; any flower which remains in the final product is simply for decoration. Recommended instructions for preparation: To prepare 1 liter of tea, use 15-18 g of tea, which we pour water at a temperature of 80-90 ° C. We infuse for 1-3 minutes
This tea can be steeped multiple times. We recommend steeping each subsequent infusion for approximately 1-2 minutes longer.
