This great black tea comes from the roof of the world. The former Kingdom of Sikkim has produced only a small number of high quality teas. Teas from this region are renowned for their flawless processing, color and twisted petals.
Prepared tea has a beautiful golden color, complemented by floral flavor.
Ingredients: black tea
Recommended preparation instructions: To prepare 1 liter of tea, use 15-18 g of tea and pour water at a temperature of 85°C over it. Steep for 3 minutes.
This tea can be steeped multiple times. For each subsequent infusion, we recommend steeping at a higher temperature for approximately 1-2 minutes longer.
