In the past, Pu Erh teas were buried in the ground, where they acquired their unique spicy earthy flavor. Currently, after the first fermentation, the teas are re-moistened and stored in large dark cellars for more than a year. Fermented tea has a red color.

By activating metabolism in the liver, it reduces blood alcohol levels.
Recommended preparation instructions: To prepare 1 liter of tea, use 12 g of tea and pour water at a temperature of 80-90°C over it. Steep for 2-4 minutes.
This tea can be steeped multiple times. We recommend steeping each subsequent infusion at a higher temperature for approximately 1-2 minutes longer.
